Buttercream

For the buttercream, I just made a standard half batch. I took three Wilton's Cooking Classes and basically followed there recipe. 




Basic Buttercream:
2 sticks of butter
4 C of 10X sugar (1 lb)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp milk.

I actually did not use all of the milk. I wanted to keep the consistency thick enough to hold shape. It made a delicious combination with the Devil's Food Cupcakes.
